Food security and sovereignty with short chain and low carbon foot print for a marketing one to one seedtofork service with digital security

We did replay to a call from alimenta2talent and won the 2015 incubation at the PTP Science Park (LO, Italy), since then customers kept calling, this project is the result of a deep marketing analysis is the result of living inside the market with customers since the beginning.
Company is a TRL 6, with deep knowledge of aquaponics, RAS ecosystems.
People tells us that they like what we do and how we do it, customers come to our office, and visit our laboratory, tasting with outstanding feedback.
the company had a 12,65/13 score in horizon 2020. We had a deep evolution on the digital and HW developing since then.
We are promoters of inclusiveness, use of renewable energy, natural treatments, water saving with the best carbon footprint existing in agriculture.
We are working to create autonomous out of soil ecosystems. Beyond our patent that increases nutrients in plants, we have developed a proprietary IoT hardware to start giving software the data to make decisions and manage the ecosystem.
Our show case would include spectrum partialisation lights to define the phenological phases of the plants with respect to the expected results. More aroma, more dry weight or just more nutrients.
Using real vertical (zip towers) we have standing sill labours that harvest a high number of plants in every cubic meter of air inside the greenhouse or the indoor ecosystem.
We project and sell ecosystems that allow saltwater fish swimming in river mouths to fully adapt to fresh water and feed plants.
We have an organic lead generation, since 2015 when we sold our first ecosystem. Since then, we grow and started to create projects with services needed from customers in bank or with public funding. We did our firs newspaper campaign on specialized press for investors in 2018 and increased customers.

Why your idea is a “winner"?:

People want to be aware of what they eat and they need information from cultivations.
Chemicals contaminate plant and fruit products,in epidemiological studies those who eat uncontaminated has -34% breast cancers and -76% lymphomas. Into soils soil, the use of organochlorines and organophosphorus has the results of scarce nutrients in vegetal food. Calcium, iron, vitamin A,Vitamin C,-20%up to-30%. Organic food is only a process to adapt while farming, contamination can happen from kilometres. No traceability for treatments,fertilizers,chemical,water,nothing. Worldwide humanity does cultivate a few dozen species of plants, losing forever the existing biodiversity, the project aims to make the production of indigenous and non-indigenous ancient seeds profitable. Sea species survival is at risk,contaminated by mercury, plastic and industrial rubbish sunk in national coasts. Food sovereignty is given to farmers who decide seeds to grow. Being able to participate as an owner or co-owner in a farm is too expensive: In the supply chain,the largest margins are between wholesalers and large-scale distribution while farmers are price takers.
Customers have been asking us to purchase our products for higher taste, for the absence of allergic products ad nickel, and to be sure to purchase health food.
We understood that the economical barrier to become producers is a limit, this project does give a solution also for economical sustainability.
We had a lot of customers tasting oe cooking our vegetable products with outstanding feedback.

What is your current or intended business/revenue model?:

The “Cultivate in Italy” and “farming in Italy” project will launch the first one to one marketing service in agriculture SEED TO FORK. Improving the community expectations of the FARM TO FORK. Starting from the seeds, the customer can rent planted places, can decide to be the owner of his space or can create his own personal production unit anywhere. The goal is to offer data security and traceability.
We associate complete sustainability economical and for nature, with endangered biodiversity preservation and usage in the direction of the one-to-one marketing in agriculture. The highest vegetable production quality encounter digital ecosystem creation and usage for the best nutritional level in todays agriculture. Either we create an ecosystem to grow inside a container or we create an ecosystem to grow inside a greenhouse or a dismissed unprofitable industrial area, we end up giving the chance to own an agriculture production unit for profit or a self-consumption purpose.

We work to affirm a better model of agriculture. We are based on sustainable environmental and economic values and choices. By cultivating biodiversity, saving space and water, we offer "seed to fork" and "farming on demand". Producer-consumer with more nutrients.
Customers: exercising the food sovereignty given by the choice of biodiverse plant varieties (ancient seeds), they purchase the seasonally adjusted cultivation service. "You choose it, we cultivate it"

Do you have any Patent or IP registered (related to the solution that you are looking for an investment)?:

Yes we have 2 patent deposit on RAS and AI. We patent deposit a RAS water treatment to improve microorganism life and plants nutrients absorption.
Higher nutrients, improved RAS (recirculating aquaculture systems patent deposit), standing still workers, maximum plants for cubic meter of air in greenhouse, improves light control, IoT 4.0 digital ecosystems data and AI patent deposit
Using the nitrogenous cycle in out of soil digital systems is the way to enhance agriculture sustainability, lowering water usage, lowering chemicals, increasing efficiency of energies used in the overall system (highest number of plants for cubic meter of air) and also labour energies. The data collecting of the nitrogenous cycle, of the nutrients, water physical conditions and plant activities, is the base to create ecosystems managed from AI. Our patent does enhance what we obtain from nature, increasing the nutrients that plants can absorbed and propose to customer’s health. The data collecting is a blockchain data to ensure customers of the treatments their food had been through , this is a first step to anti-fraud digital system.

Has your technology already been implemented in any field/sector?:

Agricoltura2.0 combines o2aqua, where nutrients are enhanced and solubilized for the plants and fish, with IOT automated system for full range management. The innovation has been proven experimentally with a smallscale prototype constructed in 2018 with self-developed water recirculation system and sensor IOT and climate control. Our innovative solution is a combination of state-of-the-art growing technologies with a unique water treatment system (02aqua, developed by ImpattoZero), controlled by a 24hour IOT system that integrates machine learning and Al capabilities, and greenhouse with climate control technology. On top of this, we offer an innovative business ecosystem that guarantees successful commercialization of the final products (i.e. vegetables and fish). Our state of art in details are listed as follows:

Smart wastewater treatment and water quality enhancement system - 02aqua 02aqua system is an advanced wastewater treatment system for the effluent of fish tank and consists of several innovations which serve from disinfection, eliminating limescale, dissolving nutrients, reduction of water's viscosity, to increase oxygenation of water. It is also designed to process waste via earthworm, California Red Worm, to generate bio-feeds and bio-fertilizers. This innovation helps achieve (1 ) to enhance growth of plants via augmented water quality; (2) 90% water recycle and zero pollution; (3) higher production rate; (4) to improve organic feeds; (5) less use of fertilizer and fish feeds; and (6) excellent plant and fish quality.

The first problem solved is the contamination of food by chemical treatments, we have developed techniques and protocols to grow uncontaminated food. Healthy plant food improves health.
A second problem is that we lose biodiversity on a daily basis, as a solution we have developed a technique that allows us to grow any vegetable with more nutrients. A healthy choice.
A third problem are nitrogenous agricultural soils and the activities of microorganisms almost non-existent. Here too we bring an important solution.
The fourth problem is that entering the market by selling the best cultivable and available product is impossible for a price taker, as the farmer is, who suffers a price resulting from the negotiation of the supply chain, the European community is right when it talks about issues such as the farm to fork.

I do have over 30th years total working experience, selling in a technical background, studying and training, managing resources, technical projects, negotiating and having customers signing contracts.
Inside Telecom Italia Mobile (TIM) me and my team I belong to create national wide, 250 Business dealers Network to manage the Telco Medium business market. I personally changed the activation processes from an emergency period of 120 days for a new activated contract into 7 days in less than 6 months.
In the last years, I worked hard, all round in the photovoltaic energy market (finance, products, turn on key contracts, presales and after sales) across the country, fairs, recruiting interviews, customers negotiating, suppliers, logistic, contracts and more. As Freelance I never gave up turn on key projects and negotiation for PV implants.
I never stop, I always analyse and then improve or change the strategy, if I need to improve the result. I’m use to change what is not working in the right way and I’m use to optimize what is working well.

I do have will, energy, discipline a deep knowledge of the human psychology and of the Italian Market and Italian people. I keep studying new technologies as people’s motivation methods, it’s my passion. I can work as a part of a team and also in an autonomous way reporting to others.
I encourage my group members opinions and suggestions as I accept points of view, I give delegation and I encourage staff to propose… only an open ear to the customers gives the chance to tailor made a solution to everybody and succeed with a customer win win relation. I do have a close feeling to customer satisfaction and the gain of results.
