About my Start-up

Innogusto develops a range of plant-based concepts ( gourmet products and restaurant quality meal-components) with an emphasis on sensorial (taste, structure, mouthfeel). Our starting point is always the customer/brand experience, which will determine the product and partners we want to work with.

Why your idea is a “winner"?:

Innogusto focuses on an aspect that despite the sales increase of plant-based food (still low marketshare compare to meat), flexitarians and meat-lovers are still considering a insuficiency. The organoleptic quality of plant-based food (based on meat, fish and dairy analogues) is still inferior to that of meat (exceptions left out). Innogusto's products are a winner because our customers appreciate our products without missing the meat, fish or dairy. Our ideas are aimed at making the switch from animal-based to plant-based food, seamless.

What is your current or intended business/revenue model?:

Develop attractive food concepts

Increase the diversity and versatility of food, based on meat, fish and dairy analogues.

• Offer professional and consumer convenience (read-to-(h)eat), increasing the accessibility of such products
— A solution for the lack of skilled personnel in the foodservice market, since our products are ready-to-eat or ready-to-heat.
— A solution for people who are limited in time who want to reduce meat, fish or dairy consumption, without compromising on taste
• Increase the popularity of plant-based food (on the basis or analogues) among meat, fish and dairy lovers.
