At Rebread we’re on a mission to revolutionize the global problem of bread waste.

With 15% of produced bread going to waste well before reaching the customers, we provide technology and know-how to transform it into value-added food products. We connect suppliers with buyers and offer tools for the exchange of safely preserved leftover bread, creating an ecosystem and global market for this valuable raw material.

Our target market includes retail chains, food producers, and bakeries of all sizes. With the increasing demand for bakery, pastry, and snack products with high protein and fiber content as well as circular and sustainable food choices without compromising the excellent taste of everyday meals, our innovative solution is tailor-made to meet all those needs.
