Déshyderata produces healthy, gourmet and ready-to-eat products in the form of petals and crackers. Products are intended to complete a salad or a soup, or accompany a meal taken on the go. They are both tasty and healthy, rich in minerals, sources of vegetable protein and fiber.
The market is for vegan and vegetarian food via the following segments:
- Online platforms selling organic and specialized vegan food
- Online platforms for outdoor activities
- Local organic specialty stores
- Restaurants : Vegetarian restaurants and healthy fast food
